Negative Emotions are Treasures (Part 3)

Being shown your own negative emotions is not exactly something anyone would welcome, is it? However, when such negative feelings emerge, there's no need to blame yourself, thinking, "Oh, I'm feeling this way (crying)."


Regardless of how negative the emotion is, understand that there's a part of you trying to grow through it. Instead of negating it as "wrong" to feel this way, kindly reassure yourself that you're learning from these feelings and moving forward.


In our salon, we assist with various emotions using two hado measuring devices that perform energy transcriptions and create hado (vibrational) water.


As I mentioned in "Negativity is a Treasure (2)", when you feel negative in daily life, first accept that emotion, view it objectively, acknowledge it as a frequency you no longer need, and release it with deep breaths filled with love. By doing this, you can elevate to an even higher vibrational version of yourself.


After releasing, it's perfect to visualize how you want to feel or who you want to be. This allows negative frequencies to transmute into positive ones.


Also, there are two things I hope you remember in daily life: to appreciate yourself and to express gratitude in all situations.


Aren't many of you exhausted by always caring about others and neglecting yourselves unknowingly? You've done an incredible job to be here and alive right now! Truly appreciate and unconditionally love yourself. Embrace yourself with words like "I've done well" or "I am amazing."


Furthermore, make a list of all the things that can fulfill you now and start with what's possible. (→ How to Raise Your Vibrations) And seek out things you're genuinely thankful for and express your gratitude. Be it daily meals, a home, a peaceful day's beginning, family, dishes, plants, computers, desks, refrigerators, or anyone and anything that supports your daily life.


And most importantly, express gratitude to every single cell in your body for being alive, because "thank you" is the word with the highest frequency.


The HeartMath Institute in the US, which researches the interrelationship of the heart and mind, especially between the heart and brain, across psychology, biology, and neuroscience, suggests that achieving coherence between the brain and heart promotes harmony and balance in the body and mind and aids in emotional regulation and stress reduction.


And they say the most potent emotion leading to this "coherence" is "gratitude." That's because the energy of gratitude attracts the most positive things to our bioelectromagnetic field. Once filled with the vibrations of gratitude, negativity might just fall away without any conscious effort.


Praising yourself and constantly expressing gratitude can be cultivated consciously, much like building muscle.


Our personal growth and evolution resemble a spiral staircase, advancing and retreating, yet gently ascending. When you notice negative emotions, instead of despising them, release them with love, appreciate yourself, and spend each day in gratitude.
