The Outside World is a Mirror that Reflects One's Own Heart.

The possibility of our consciousness playing a significant role in creating this world may be high - as the world unfolds in accordance with the frequency of our own consciousness (→ A World That Aligns with Your Vibration Unfolds).

However, it is, of course, not something like a magician's trick where what we imagine in our minds appears instantly before our eyes. While scientific clarification of consciousness still requires time, I would like to consider from the perspective of how handling this consciousness, which is thought to be involved in materialization, can make our lives better.

In this context, it might be beneficial to momentarily accept the often-stated idea in the realms of religion and spirituality that "the outside world is a mirror reflecting our own heart." Or, the reality we see in front of us is like a movie projected on a screen, created by our consciousness.

Once we accept this, the question becomes how we should live.

If reality is a projection of our own consciousness (vibrations, frequencies), then, making excuses like "this is because of that person," "I have been treated this way so far," "it's because of the times," or "it's due to the environment surrounding me" is pointless.

From a broader perspective, each individual's consciousness could be seen as forming a collective unconscious that shapes the world as it is now.

Therefore, it's important to observe others, the environment, and the situations we are in, realizing that our current reality is something we have created ourselves. Such perspective will eliminate the tendency to blame others or the environment, and allows us to take full responsibility for our own lives.

By focusing on ourselves and changing our way of living, reality will naturally begin to change.

For instance, if you are treated unfairly, it could be an opportunity to reflect whether you are mistreating others or underestimating yourself.

If there is an undesirable reality, start by introspecting.

Note, however, that it's important to observe objectively and not to blame yourself. Blaming yourself will only attract a reality where you continue to blame yourself.

Instead, calmly accept that the outside world is a reflection of your heart.

In Buddhist teachings, all phenomena are considered momentary and constantly changing (諸行無常shogyomujyo). This means that what we perceive as reality is actually a collection of constantly fluctuating phenomena.

If the outside world is an illusion created by our consciousness, we should not be trapped by it but rather develop a perspective that can understand the reality objectively.
